Plan my Pint

Privacy policy

Who we are. Plan my Pint is made by J. Chisholm, trading as Neatsums. Contact: hello@neatsums.co.uk.

The short version

The app has no accounts and no server, and it doesn't collect any data about you. Your plans stay on your phone.

What the app stores, and where

Who else is involved

What's in a message you share

A shared plan includes its name and time, the pubs with Apple Maps links, the first names you entered and each person's straight-line distance to each pub. Check it before you send. Once it's sent, it's in the chat app you chose.

If you email us

If you contact hello@neatsums.co.uk, we use your email address and message only to reply (our legitimate interest in answering you). Your email reaches us through Cloudflare, which forwards it, and is kept in our Google Gmail account. Google may store it outside the UK, under Google's own safeguards. We keep your messages for 12 months after our last reply, then delete them.

What we don't do

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, and no selling of data.

This website

This website sets no cookies and has no analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and browser details when you visit, to deliver and protect the pages, and keeps them only briefly in its logs.

Deleting your data

Delete a plan in the app, or delete the app to remove everything.

Children

Plan my Pint is for people aged 18 and over.

Your rights and complaints

Because we don't hold your data, there's usually nothing for us to give you or delete. If you've emailed us, you can ask for a copy of your messages or for us to delete them. You can also object to how we use your email, or ask us to correct it. You can contact us with any question. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
